This amazing company is looking for a Residential Property Administrator in their commercial division to join the growing portfolio.

The Role we have available is for a strong Administrator with a keen interest in to help deliver an exceptional tenant experience. As the Residential Property Administrator, we are looking for someone who can support the Property Manager, and VP in all areas of administration and customer support. Working with the Property Manager on site, you will manage the day-to-day activities for the apartment. You will play a critical role at helping to show and rent apartments, ensure vacancies are managed and coordinated, prepare all insurance availability, and collect post dated payments. You will maintain the list of available apartments and prepare all correspondence for tenant follow-up. The Residential Property Administrator will play an essential role in maintaining the front and back office. You will help put together reports, receive tenant calls and respond to emails. You will collaborate with third party contractors to ensure timely solution to tenant problems, and escalate issues to the property manager.

The ideal candidate is someone who loves to manage a front and back-office function. You will bring stellar communication and interpersonal skills to represent the organization to their tenants as the primary point of contact. You will also maintain the back office and ensure the needs of the property manager are adhered to. We are looking for someone with a business administration diploma, who loves the real estate or property management industry. You are excited to work on site and be surrounded by new challenges daily. Your computer skills will be top notch to help maintain reports, create templates, and promote site vacancies. The Administrator will be a team player who feels strongly about client experience. Our client offers a tenured staff and are looking for people who want to join their family. Post secondary diploma in business administration and 1 year or experience in a property management firm would be highly desirable.
