Description
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights on property performance, operating results, and budgeting trends
- Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning across multiple properties
- Support lease and revenue analysis to ensure accuracy in rent schedules and related reporting
- Partner closely with internal teams including property management, leasing, and finance to support operational and financial initiatives
- Assist with audit requests, financial reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 1+ years of experience in property accounting or real estate accounting preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Advanced Excel capabilities and comfort working with financial systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
