  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issues, and milestones.
  • Partner closely with project sponsors to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Planning

  • Identify and engage all impacted stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct project analysis, feasibility assessments, solution evaluations, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with business and technical subject matter experts to define solution requirements and balance business objectives with technical considerations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource requirements, risk mitigation strategies, and critical path activities.
  • Ensure change management, operational readiness, and go-to-market strategies are developed and integrated into project plans.
  • Document project objectives, scope, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and success criteria.

Project Execution

  • Manage project delivery against approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Monitor project financials, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project health through regular reporting and governance reviews.
  • Proactively resolve project challenges while balancing business priorities and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure contractual deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
  • Manage scope changes through established change control processes.
  • Coordinate project resources to ensure efficient execution and successful delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate system deployments, application upgrades, and production cutovers, including scheduled weekend implementations as required (typically 1–2 weekends per month) to minimize business disruption.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of project management experience delivering large, complex business or technology projects.
  • Experience managing initiatives such as enterprise system implementations, software deployments, integrations, or digital transformation projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading projects using Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
  • Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle, including business requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, solution design, software development lifecycle (SDLC), quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, change management, and go-to-market planning.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and all phases of the SDLC.
  • Solid understanding of operational readiness, organizational change management, and go-to-market planning.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and Monday.com is an asset.

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and resourceful, with strong leadership, analytical, conflict resolution, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Flexibility to support planned system deployments and go-live activities outside standard business hours, including occasional weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
  • Scaled Agile (SA), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset.
