Client Overview:

Our client, located in Vaughan, is a leading provider of utility management services across Canada and is hiring a Project Manager to offer tailored solutions to property managers, building owners, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project objectives and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment and services procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain documentation.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Support sales efforts with technical expertise.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
