Program Associate

Our client is hiring a Program Associate to design and deliver programs and events that support high-growth tech companies. This role blends strategy, execution, and community building to create valuable experiences for founders and their teams.
Manage the full calendar of workshops, peer groups, mentorship, wellness initiatives, and partner activations.
Build relationships with member companies to understand needs and deliver relevant programming.
Coordinate speakers, facilitators, and partners while representing our client in the wider tech ecosystem.
Oversee logistics, budgets, and communications; track performance and report on outcomes.
Experience planning programs/events in tech, startups, or innovation.
Strong communication, relationship management, and project management skills.
Proactive and collaborative mindset with attention to detail.
Nice to Have: familiarity with Canada’s tech ecosystem, startup funding, or experience in accelerators/venture spaces.
This is a high-ownership role where you’ll shape programs that help startups scale, connect, and thrive within a supportive community. On-site Monday to Friday, with occasional evening events.
