The Program & Operations Manager is a strategic role within our membership-based organization. You will be responsible for supporting the CEO and contributing as a key member of the Senior Staff Team. This newly created role will focus on driving the execution of the CEO’s strategic vision and execute on initiatives, and providing help influence decisions impacting the organization’s mission and long-term goals.

The ideal candidate is diplomatic, tactful, and decisive, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, employees, and external stakeholders. You will have proven experience in an advisory or program management position, within a not-for-profit or association environment. You will demonstrate strong strategic thinking skills and possess a track record of leading high-level projects from inception to successful completion. Exceptional communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills are essential, as the Program & Operations Manager will need to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. The candidate must be capable of operating in both strategic and tactical capacities, with a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” approach. Expertise in managing complex, technical, and sensitive issues with discretion and sound judgment is critical. Experience working closely with CEOs, boards, and senior management teams is expected. High levels of agility, collaboration, and adaptability in fast-paced environments are crucial for success in this role. Bilingualism in English & French will be preferred.
