About Our Client

Our client, a remote first environment, is looking for a Procurement / Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team for a 6 month contract! The primary purpose of the position is to migrate supplier contracts into their new contract management tool.

Responsibilities

The Procurement / AP Administrator will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Review and understand the different types of contracts for:
    • Who the vendors are
    • Effective contract dates
    • Associate service level agreements
    • Payment terms
    • Contract amendments
  • Prepare spreadsheets with the appropriate information to prepare for upload into new contract management tool
  • Rename contracts with the appropriate naming convention
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding existing contracts
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in procurement / accounts payable
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail in an environment requiring flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
