About Our Client:

Our client is a nationally recognized leader in retail marketing production, print, and campaign fulfillment, supporting some of Canada’s most recognized retail and consumer brands. With advanced production capabilities and a highly collaborative operational environment, they help deliver large-scale in-store marketing and signage campaigns across the country.

They are currently seeking a Print Project Manager to join their Aurora-based In-Store Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production and campaign execution environment and enjoys coordinating multiple moving pieces across client services, manufacturing, inventory, fulfillment, and print operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate medium-to-large-scale in-store signage and retail marketing campaigns
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, production, kitting, shipping, and external vendors
  • Participate in client briefings and clarify campaign requirements and deliverables
  • Develop project estimates, maintain rate cards, and support campaign planning activities
  • Build and manage distribution lists, production reports, and campaign tracking documentation
  • Coordinate production schedules and prioritize timelines to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Maintain campaign-related inventory and assist with fulfillment coordination
  • Support invoicing activities and track additional billable project costs
  • Generate reports related to inventory, fulfillment, invoicing, and campaign KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal planning and innovation teams on special projects and complex campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Handle client inquiries and production-related issues professionally and proactively

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in print production, signage coordination, marketing operations, client services, or campaign execution
  • Knowledge of in-store marketing execution, print production workflows, and signage processes
  • Experience working with inventory management systems, kitting/distribution workflows, or fulfillment operations is considered an asset
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production and operations-focused environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
