About Our Client:


Our client is a nationally recognized leader in print and marketing fulfillment, serving top-tier retail and consumer brands across Canada. With state-of-the-art production facilities and a focus on operational excellence, they help clients bring complex in-store marketing campaigns to life. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Coordinator to join their signage and campaign delivery team. This hybrid role is based in Aurora, ON and requires a minimum of four days per week on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage finished goods inventory for in-store promotional signage programs
  • Monitor inventory usage, forecast needs, and recommend replenishment volumes
  • Maintain inventory levels in accordance with client KPIs
  • Prepare estimates and update rate cards for new print items
  • Generate and distribute production documentation, ensuring timely scheduling
  • Coordinate daily with production, kitting, shipping, and external suppliers
  • Ensure accurate handling of creative assets and physical inventory
  • Track and capture all billable activities for proper invoicing
  • Compile reports on ordering, inventory, invoicing, and campaign KPIs
  • Assist with issue resolution and support long-term client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in print production, signage coordination, or fulfillment logistics
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, production workflows, and digital print environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
