Job Description


Our client is seeking a talented Payroll Administrator to manage payroll operations for our diverse workforce across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP WorkForce Now, a strong understanding of the Employment Standards Act, expertise in termination calculations, and a desire to pursue a Payroll designation. This role offers an opportunity to excel in a positive and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and review payroll for employees across multiple entities.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Standards Act and other relevant legislation.
  • Calculate and process employee terminations accurately and in accordance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain and update employee records in ADP WorkForce Now.
  • Assist in year-end payroll processes, including T4 preparation.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in payroll administration, preferably with ADP WorkForce Now.
  • Strong knowledge of the Employment Standards Act and termination calculations.
  • Enthusiasm for pursuing a Payroll designation.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
