A rare opportunity to join their team has come available as Payroll & Finance Reconciliations Analyst on a contract basis that may go permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Payroll and Finance to design and implement payroll GL reconciliation process
• Reconcile payroll results between Workday, payroll general ledger accounts, and invoices for deposits and tax remittances
• Strong understanding of mapping of pay components to GL accounts
• Conduct and resolve variances, providing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Document processes, workflows, and controls to support SOX/SOC compliance and audit requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Payroll and Finance
