Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to take charge of a diverse portfolio where you’ll drive tenant satisfaction, optimize property performance, and elevate the value of every space you oversee. This role is well-suited for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced setting and excels at balancing operational excellence with strategic vision.

Responsibilities Include:
Lease Administration
  • Take ownership of all lease management activities, including drafting, reviewing, and enforcing agreements with precision.
  • Maintain an organized record of lease documents, key milestones (e.g., renewals, escalations), and amendments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, from insurance requirements to maintenance obligations, while navigating legal and contractual frameworks.
  • Lead lease renewals, terminations, and negotiation processes in collaboration with tenants and brokers.
Property Management
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring properties are impeccably maintained and functioning at their best.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including maintenance, landscaping, security, and janitorial services, to ensure top-tier service delivery.
  • Develop and manage property budgets, meticulously tracking expenses and forecasting to achieve financial goals.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify opportunities for improvement, assess tenant compliance, and uphold high property standards.
Tenant Relations
  • Act as the primary liaison for tenants, providing responsive and professional support for inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Foster positive tenant relationships to promote satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Partner with tenants to ensure timely rent payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Financial Management and Reporting
  • Review and reconcile Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges and other billing statements with attention to detail.
  • Monitor rent collections and spearhead proactive measures for any necessary recoveries.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven experience in commercial property management, with a strong focus on lease administration and tenant engagement. You will possess in-depth knowledge of lease agreements, CAM reconciliations, and landlord-tenant laws, enabling you to navigate complex property management scenarios with confidence. Proficiency in Yardi and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, paired with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure is critical in this dynamic role. This candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will have your pulse in all areas of commercial property management, which being exposed to exceptional mentorship and development.
