About Our Client

Our client is a well-established snow removal service provider serving the Greater Vancouver area. They are committed to keeping properties safe and accessible during winter weather through reliable and efficient snow and ice removal services. They are currently building a roster of Snow Shovelers to support seasonal operations as winter conditions arise.

Pay: $23/hour
Locations: North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Downtown Vancouver
Note: This position is to add candidates to the roster for seasonal work when snow events occur.

Responsibilities

• Shovel and remove snow from walkways, driveways, sidewalks, and other designated areas.
• Apply ice melt or sand to prevent slips and ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to snow events and work efficiently to complete assigned routes.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards observed during work.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and thorough snow clearing.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical work in cold and snowy conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours during snow events.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions.
• Experience with snow removal or winter outdoor work is an asset but not required.
• Ability to safely handle shovels, ice melt, and other snow removal equipment.
