About Our Client

Our client, a high-end interior finishes company in the A&D industry is seeking an Operations Manager focused on project management, and marketing to join their team. The role will focus on the GTA area and requires someone who has worked with luxury-level finishes within the last three years.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our luxury flooring products.
• Utilize modern marketing techniques, including social media and networking, to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
• Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Streamline processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the flooring selection and installation process.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the Interior Finishes Products/Interior Design Industry, with a strong understanding of luxury flooring products and trends.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and style. Proficiency in modern marketing techniques, including social media and networking.
• Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
