About Our Client:

Our client, a Vaughan based corporation, is searching for a full-time Project Coordinator to join their high-performing, dynamic team. If you are a motivated Project Coordinating professional with experience within the Construction/Utility/Telecom sector this will be an exciting contract opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Will be responsible for project support of any aspect of the project during its lifespan
• Responsible for, but not limited to, project folder set-up, project material management, locates, permits, paid duty, Book-7 closure set-up
• Will report directly to a Project Manager
• Will be the liaison between the Project Manager, Site Supervisor and Site Foreman
• Will be responsible for setting up and maintaining projects in the internal project management software
• Will be responsible for daily communication with the field staff, and provide updates to the project manager as required, such as production reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years’ experience - Construction/Utility/Telecom Sector would be ideal, but not mandatory
• Minimum College level education - graduate certificate or bachelor's – not looking for civil engineers
• Understanding Construction drawings is not required, but an asset
