ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

They are seeking a Regional Manager, Health Services to oversee multiple healthcare service sites and lead diverse teams across the region. The successful candidate will be an empathetic, performance-driven leader who excels at managing multi-site operations, developing people, and driving consistent service quality within a regulated healthcare environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Regional Manager, Health Services will perform a range of leadership and operational management functions, including but not limited to:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Inspire, engage, and develop a team of up to 50 staff members across multiple locations, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Maintain a strong onsite presence across locations (approximately 80% travel within the region), fostering strong relationships and supporting local leadership.
  • Coach, mentor, and empower employees to achieve organizational goals and deliver outstanding client and patient experiences.
  • Promote a customer-focused culture that values empathy, teamwork, and communication.

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and service consistency.
  • Support staffing needs, scheduling, and site readiness, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure a seamless, positive experience for both clients and staff.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance, identify trends, and guide operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with organizational leadership to align site operations with broader corporate goals.
  • Apply Change Management or Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts, ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality service delivery.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Healthcare, Science, or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams in high-paced, customer-facing environments such as healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service operations.
  • Proven success managing geographically dispersed or multi-site teams.
  • Strong understanding of regulated or process-driven industries and operational compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related operational software.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.

Assets:

  • Training or certification in Lean Six Sigma or Change Management.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical operations management.
