About our Client

Our client, a project management and construction support company based in Chilliwack, BC, is currently looking for an Onsite Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis from November 2025 to June 2026 in Delta, BC. The Onsite Coordinator will be responsible for providing essential administrative and logistical support for the Delta greenhouse project. Working from the site office, this role will focus on coordinating daily operations, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate project records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Salary - $20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule on-site deliveries to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Arrange and track garbage runs and site cleanup activities.
  • Monitor and track manpower levels and workers on site.
  • Maintain accurate tool inventory lists and assist with equipment tracking.
  • Update and manage project documentation, including progress tracking.
  • Support the site team with administrative tasks as required.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and the project team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a construction coordination or site administration role preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, project tracking software).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes or greenhouse/agricultural projects is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
