About our Client

Our client is a well-established non-profit healthcare organization in White Rock, BC, focused on delivering high-quality healthcare services to the local community. They maintain a collaborative and professional environment and are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator for a temporary assignment. The role will support operations for approximately 3–4 months, working full days (7.5 hours) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day office and operational activities.
  • Assist with inventory management of office equipment, IT assets, and supplies.
  • Help organize storage areas and implement clear labeling and tracking systems.
  • Prepare meeting materials and support meeting logistics.
  • Draft routine internal communications and follow-ups.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and responses across projects.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and shared drives.
  • Coordinate with office, facilities, and IT vendors as needed.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics.
  • Assist with people operations and internal initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager.
  • Support special projects that improve efficiency and organization

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative or office coordination roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
