Our client a leading professional association, is seeking a dynamic Member Relations Coordinator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in creating and maintaining positive relationships and is dedicated to providing exceptional member experiences. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building long-lasting connections with both current and prospective members, contributing to the association's growth and member satisfaction.

Working with a great non-profit organization, we have an immediate opening for a Member Relations Coordinator, to join their Membership Team. Focusing on fostering strong, professional relationships with their members, in this fully remote role, you will utilize your expertise in professional communications and CRM management to deliver unparalleled service and support. You'll engage in meaningful interactions, ensuring members and potential members receive prompt and courteous responses to inquiries, assistance with payments and renewals, and information on growth opportunities. Your contributions will directly impact their mission, driving membership engagement and satisfaction through strategic communication and innovative member services.

The Ideal Candidate will bring an amazing attitude and shine in the face of challenge. With a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a member service centred role for an association, you will bring expertise in relationship management and heightened customer service to this position. You will be able to demonstrate how you will work to help the team to elevate the member experience and how you will bring a unique perspective to membership growth and retention. Your exceptional member focused approach to communications and your initiative to have an impact on smooth operations is essential. We are seeking someone who has the desire to create and drive a great customer journey and elevate programs. The candidate must be a strong multitasker who seeks to go beyond the standard. Must be self-motivated who has strong capabilities to collaborate with key stakeholders and within a team environment. Communication in English & French is an asset. Excellent organizational skills and ability to engage and nurture relationships is essential. This role is a fully remote opportunity.
