About Our Client
Our client is hiring a Marketing Manager who can work primarily on-site at the head office near Barrie, ON. You will be the sole person in a marketing role, so an ideal candidate would be well-rounded and highly knowledgeable in all aspects of the marketing field.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure the adoption of meaningful social media techniques into marketing campaigns and ongoing initiatives
- Work with clientele on designing all marketing collateral for print and digital channels
- Promote brand style guidelines and identity throughout all marketing materials
- Track and manage annual calendar and marketing budget
- Manage media content for in-store/TV/Radio/ all digital, web, social, and print
- Analyze and produce reporting for promotional events, website, and social media channels using Google Analytics, AdWords, and other reporting tools
- Create content and distribute the Quarterly Store Email Newsletter (Adobe InDesign)
- Create either in-house or via agency, marketing materials on request for retail locations.
Qualifications
- A university degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is required, in addition to minimum 5 years experience
- 5 or more years at a specialist/manager level, where you have worked to support a diverse group of retailers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: design experience will be a big asset
- Experience in HTML/CSS WordPress will be an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
