About Our Client:

This manufacturing company located in the GTA is looking for a full time permanent Marketing Communications Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business goals and product strategies/ roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to translate technical features into customer-focused value propositions.
  • Support go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches, including messaging, collateral, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop annual MACOM budget, key projects, and monitor their progress.
  • Produce high-quality content such as brochures, case studies, white papers, technical articles, presentations, and company websites.
  • Manage digital content across company websites, social media channels, and various email platforms.
  • Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all communication materials.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, print, trade publications, and social media).
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors when needed.
  • Organize and support industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Develop booth messaging, product displays, and promotional materials.
  • Manage event logistics and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Support internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, announcements, and employee engagement campaigns.
  • Work with leadership to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Maintain relationships with industry media and trade publications.
  • Draft press releases, product announcements, and thought-leadership articles.
  • Monitor and report brand perception and ensure alignment with corporate identity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (CRM, CMS, email automation, analytics).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industrial products, automation, manufacturing processes, or engineering concepts.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
  • Ability to create video scripts or basic multimedia content.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
