Strategic Pricing Management:
- Develop, refine, and implement pricing models and strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer data to support strategic pricing decisions.
- Work collaboratively with commercialization teams to align on pricing strategies and support new product and service launches.
- Implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new CPQ methodologies and tools across the organization. ie) Valued base pricing vs current cost base pricing model
- Train and support commercialization teams on best practices and effective tools to use when presenting this to key customer. Either at time of renewal of their contracts or prior to renewal.
- A person who can lead a small team is value add and will implement then execute on strategic changes in the pricing arena
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in pricing analysis, commercial strategy, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in CPQ processes and tools, with demonstrated experience in change management and process improvement.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision making at various organizational levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with pricing software and ERP systems is a plus.
