About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a professional Manager, Reporting & Analysis with a minimum of 5 years in either a Cost Accountant and/or Finance managing position.
Responsibilities
- Offer analysis of inventory management and product costing
- Recognize efficient cost-reduction opportunities and create financial goals
- Organize financial statements and forecasts and overview P&L balance sheets
- Manage Finance Reporting team and lead project development
- Collaborate with both internal and external auditors and executive team to follow controls and accounting processes
- Manage inventory costing, maintenance, and improvements
- Review filings and record-keeping system for all financial documents
- Process data, commentary, and forecasts
- Record goods sold, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Record purchase-to-pay functions of the organization
- Process payments of the company
Qualifications
- Designated Canadian CPA
- Minimum 5 years in a combined Cost Accountant and/or Finance managing role
- Excellent communication skills- both oral and written
- Good leadership skills
- Detail-oriented, professional, and organized
- Ability to build and create strong work relationships
- Advanced knowledge of Canadian GAAP
- Advanced knowledge of SAP
