POSITION SUMMARY:
One of our top clients in core downtown Toronto within a small investment management company is looking for their first Manager, Operations to join their growing team in a hybrid working environment! Ideally this individual would have built an HR/Operations department from the ground up within a previous role. Must have: 3-5 years HR Business Administration experience ideally within the financial services/start-up sector.

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily activities of the firm, focusing on Firm Administration, Human Resources, and Compliance. This role is essential for ensuring that all operational processes adhere to regulations and align with the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid grasp of administrative and HR functions, with a willingness to develop expertise in Compliance.
