Our client, located in Toronto, is an exciting & dynamic event management company and looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Finance the Manager, FP&A will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning including cashflows.
  • Analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes
  • Provide financial oversight and support for large-scale event projects, including cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
    Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and scenario analysis.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Business/Accounting
  • 5+ years of experience in an FP&A capacity
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities and the ability to manipulate large sets of data
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail in an environment requiring flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for sports!

*This position requires you to be on-site 3 days per week, only candidates in the Greater Toronto Area will be contacted*
