Our organization is expanding, and we're seeking a Manager, Change Management to play a pivotal role in supporting our transformation journey. Reporting to the Enterprise Change Management team, this individual will take the lead on enterprise-level projects, developing and implementing strategies that ensure the successful adoption of key initiatives across the business.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both strategic and tactical elements of change management planning from end to end. Your leadership will help ensure all initiatives align with organizational goals while fostering a culture of inclusiveness and active engagement.
This is a permanent, full-time role based out of their Vaughan office (hybrid - 3 days onsite).
A Day in the Life of the Manager, Change Management:
Leadership & Advocacy: Collaborate with business and product owners to understand key priorities, assess potential risks, and support successful project rollouts.
Strategic Planning: Design and execute tailored change management plans that align with enterprise goals and address the specific needs of each project.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams, project leaders, and senior executives to champion change initiatives, gathering end-user feedback to optimize the employee experience.
Training & Enablement: Coordinate closely with the training team to ensure effective knowledge transfer and equip teams with the skills needed for smooth transitions.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Define KPIs and assess the impact of change strategies, reporting regularly to leadership.
Cultural Integration: Understand and embrace the organization’s culture and operational model to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to oversee and execute change initiatives effectively.
Change Leadership: Solid understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, CMS preferred).
Business Acumen: Ability to quickly learn operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analytical Strength: Ability to assess risks, measure impact, and refine approaches based on data and insights.
Strong Communication: Skilled at delivering clear, engaging presentations and facilitating stakeholder alignment at all levels.
Relationship Building: Collaborative mindset with the ability to foster strong internal partnerships.
Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting strategies to align with organizational priorities and feedback.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 8 years in change management, operations, or project leadership, with 2–3 years specifically leading large-scale initiatives.
