Our client is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their highly automated, 24/7 manufacturing operation in Saint John.

This is a leadership-focused opportunity for an experienced engineer who can lead the maintenance function, improve equipment reliability and partner closely with operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the site's maintenance function and team
  • Oversee asset reliability and preventative maintenance programs
  • Support plant shutdowns and turnarounds
  • Drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement
  • Partner with operations and supply chain
  • Identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
  • 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience
  • P.Eng strongly preferred
  • Maintenance, reliability or asset management experience
  • Strong people leadership and communication skills
  • Shutdown/turnaround experience is an asset
  • Experience within an automated manufacturing environment preferred
