About our Client

Our client is a renowned national mortgage lender. They are looking for a new MORTGAGE PLANNER to join their dedicated team in Vancouver. In this role, you will be responsible for the direct and indirect solicitation of mortgages. Salary is $6,000 monthly plus commissions

Responsibilities:

• Field calls from prospective clients from supplied leads
• Take applications, pull credit bureaus, order appraisals
• Submit completed applications to the Lending Committee for conditional approvals - You will follow up with clients for closing
• Perform follow-up with multiple files

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Mortgage Agent in British Columbia
• Industry experience preferred
• Must have superior organizational skills
• Must be a self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a team - Must possess excellent spoken and written English
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills
• Sub-Prime Lending or Finance Company experience an asset
