We are currently seeking a Leasing Agent to support their downtown sites. This exciting opportunity involves working with beautiful new locations in the downtown core, and collaborating with clients, and marketing teams to ensure exceptional experience to potential tenants. Key Responsibilities:

1. Leasing & Sales Support

• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and buyers via phone, email, or in-person.
• Showcase and tour properties to interested parties, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Assist in negotiating lease agreements and preparing necessary documentation.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of available properties, pricing, and market trends.

2. Customer Service

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective tenants and buyers, providing courteous and professional assistance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the leasing or sales process.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.

3. Administrative Duties

• Manage and organize property listings, schedules, and documentation.
• Update customer records and property availability using CRM systems or other tools.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including preparing brochures, flyers, and online listings.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are show-ready.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of proven experience in leasing, real estate, or a related field. They will have a strong understanding of delivering exceptional client experiences and be committed to providing outstanding service to prospective tenants. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the candidate will be able to bring marketing strategies to life throughout the sales cycle. Highly organized and detail-oriented, the successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Yardi or other CRM tools. They should thrive in both independent work environments and collaborative team settings. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for this role, depending on site locations.
