They are currently looking for a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant with a strong professional background and relevant education to join our dynamic Strata Law and Residential Tenancy Law practice group. Apply today if you have the skills they are looking for.
Salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000. We also offer a variety of benefits

Responsibilities
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of legal documents, filing systems, and administrative procedures.
- Draft and edit legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and schedule mediations, hearings, discoveries, trials, and client meetings.
- Manage files effectively, including organizing and updating documents, maintaining binders, and ensuring proper filing.
- Maintain an active bring-forward system to ensure timely follow-ups and task completion.
- Oversee the management of both open and closed files as needed.
- Prepare and follow up on monthly and quarterly billing statements promptly.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program or equivalent relevant experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; familiarity with Elite 3E is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
- In-depth understanding of litigation legal procedures and protocols.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality with sensitive client information
