Job Title: Junior Inside Sales Rep
Reports to: Manager Recruitment
Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Location: Surrey – 8232 120th Street, Suite 240
The Role:
The Junior Inside Sales Rep works onsite within our offices. You will be responsible for promoting our staffing services while performing a variety of business development, inside sales, marketing and account management duties. This position requires an energetic, outgoing, enthusiastic, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
Duties
• Sales, marketing and promotional activities consisting of outbound telephone calls and emails to past and prospective customers updating our database and promoting our staffing services with new and existing Hiring Managers
• Using our CRM database you will be telephoning, emailing, promoting and marketing to generate new leads and develop and strengthen existing client relationships
• Following up on staffing orders from clients
• Generating new leads across Canada with a focus on the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas
• Setting up new accounts and entering new contacts into our CRM database
• Carrying out Account Management and Follow Up duties with new and existing clients
• Overseeing special projects and major accounts as directed by the Manager
Qualifications
• University Degree or Post-Secondary Diploma or equivalent sales experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM
• Previous sales, customer service, solution selling or account management experience preferred
• 1+ year of junior sales experience (ideally within recruitment and staffing services or any professional services)
• Previous outbound telephone calling experience preferred
• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly outgoing personality with a sense of urgency
• Excellent English language communication skills both written and verbal, professional attitude, strong relationship-building skills, and personal integrity
• Savvy, confident and competitive
We will offer the successful candidate full training, a professional and supportive working environment, newly built offices, opportunities to grow and a starting hourly rate between $18 and $19 an hour plus vacation pay.
