About Our Client
We are working with a successful private equity firm with investments across multiple sectors. This role will work closely with their real estate group to assist with financial planning & analysis as well as corporate development.

Responsibilities
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for:
  • Creating and maintaining budgets
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Analysis of properties and management company review including evaluation of key operating metrics
  • Producing investor reporting packages
  • Ad hoc analysis for senior management and the board of directors to support decision making
  • Assisting with property acquisitions and development due diligence
  • Creating and maintaining financial models
  • Integrating newly acquired properties into the organization
  • Meeting with JV partners to present investment memos, reports and answer queries
  • Maintaining competitor database
  • Coordinating bank financing
Qualifications
  • You are a designated CPA with experience in an advisory / corporate finance group at a Big 4 or mid-to-large public accounting firm
  • Experience in the real estate sector is an asset.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and building financial models
  • You must be able to work well in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where you will be asked to contribute to the team's success in a multitude of ways
