Job Description

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a background in the fastener or industrial supply industry. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting order processing from start to finish.

This is a permanent, full-time role based out of their Winnipeg office and is 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Proactively contact existing and potential clients to drive sales opportunities.

  • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and technical requirements.

  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, sales orders, and invoices.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business.

  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

  • Stay informed on industry developments and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inside sales, preferably within the fastener, industrial supply, or a related sector.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive sales approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adagio software is an asset.
