Under the guidance of the Product & Customer Experience Manager, the Inside Sales Representative serves as a key partner to customers, ensuring a smooth, responsive experience from quote approval through delivery. This role combines proactive communication, relationship management, and project coordination, while also supporting sales by managing inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and driving follow-up. With a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and problem-solving, the Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
