Job Description

The Product Design team plays a key role in shaping our platform by crafting intuitive, accessible, and high-impact user experiences. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and customers, the team ensures our products are powerful, yet simple and enjoyable to use.

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead design initiatives across the product portfolio, contributing to end-to-end user experiences from discovery through delivery. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex workflows into clear, elegant solutions.

The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem solver with strong UI and UX expertise, comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design projects end-to-end—from discovery and requirements to implementation and post-launch iteration—ensuring high-quality user experiences

  • Design intuitive, elegant, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications using a test-and-learn approach

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate assumptions and guide design decisions

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, customers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts

  • Produce detailed design specifications and work closely with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation

  • Contribute to and maintain the design system, patterns, and components to ensure consistency across products

  • Present and communicate design work effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and data-driven insights

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Software Engineering, or related field

  • Strong UI and visual design skills with attention to detail across desktop and mobile platforms

  • Experience with UX methodologies, user research, prototyping, and usability testing

  • Advanced proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about product design and balance user needs with business goals

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
