• 15+ years in software engineering and product development, with 7+ years in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, Chief Architect) at a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company.
• Deep technical expertise in Java, secure distributed systems, multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, containers, and CI/CD.
• Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-grade data security or data protection platforms with high availability, performance, and compliance demands.
• Intimate knowledge of data security disciplines: discovery, classification, encryption, masking, tokenization, and privacy-by-design methodologies.
• Track record of building a high-trust, high-output engineering culture with a strong emphasis on talent development, clarity, and velocity.
• Ability to translate between business strategy and technical execution, driving innovation while delivering at scale.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills. Able to inspire internal teams and external stakeholders alike.
• Prior experience with zero-trust security, governance frameworks, and secure software development lifecycles (SSDLC) is a major asset.
