Our client is a leader in the digital transformation space, specializing in the delivery of high-impact, Generative AI-enabled conversational agents. They operate at the intersection of conversational design and enterprise automation, helping major brands bring GenAI customer experiences to life. This is a hands-on, client-facing delivery organization where technical builders drive solutions from concept to production, blending technical execution with strategic AI consulting.
Responsibilities
- Solution Build & Deployment: Design and ship end-to-end AI agent solutions, translating wireframes and UX concepts into production-ready experiences with robust routing, error handling, and edge-case coverage.
- Project Ownership: Manage the full delivery lifecycle independently—scoping work, setting stakeholder expectations, and executing from initial concept through to live production.
- Technical Integration: Engineer secure, scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and microservices; validate workflows via Postman/Jupyter and collaborate on custom Python development.
- AI Optimization: Design and refine GenAI prompts, RAG-based workflows, and NLU models to ensure accuracy, safety, and seamless escalation to human agents.
- QA & Governance: Lead structured evaluation processes to audit AI outputs for bias, hallucinations, and security risks (like prompt injection) while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Client Consultation: Lead technology scoping and design thinking workshops with stakeholders to improve CSAT and containment while surfacing roadmap opportunities.
- Standardization: Identify reusable patterns and contribute to internal playbooks, QA frameworks, and CSS/HTML/JS customization standards for conversational interfaces.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4–8 years in SaaS, automation, conversational design, or technical services with a record of delivering solutions.
- GenAI Skills: Experience in deploying LLM-based agents in enterprise environments. This includes prompt engineering skills (Gemini, GPT, Claude).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Python, OOP, and API testing (Postman, Jupyter). The ability to write, debug, and expand integration logic is needed.
- Data Skills: Ability to handle JSON parsing, schema mapping, and manage complex data from APIs.
- AI-Assisted Tools: Experience using tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
- Web Technologies: Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Communication and Tools: Strong communication skills. Proficiency with Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Git/GitHub.
