TITLE: Influencer Partnerships Manager
LOCATION: GTA - North Toronto area
WORK TYPE: HYBRID - 3 days in-office
ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our client, a high-growth personal care company, is looking for a creative, seasoned, and enthusiastic Influencer Partnerships Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and innovative professional with a background in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Fashion/ Lifestyle, or CPG industries. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Influencer Partnerships Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Influencer Management - developing and executing strategies to identify and engage with high-quality creators
- Strategically identify and recommend high-quality paid influencer partnerships.
- Establish a model for influencer compensation evaluation and benchmarks
- Manage and execute in-house paid influencer campaigns
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, creative briefs, and product education
- Work with cross-functional teams such as Marketing Comms and PR to negotiate partner agreements, and manage in-house initiatives.
- Develop, track, and maintain influencer and creator databases
- Analyze campaign performance and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to inform future campaigns
- Manage influencer agency partners, and assist with any campaigns not managed in-house
- Serve as the main liaison between Marketing Communications/ Brand Teams on any agency-led influencer engagements
- Monitor and manage budgets for influencer campaigns, and allocate resources for content creation as applicable
- Collaborate with Senior management on Influencer budget requirements
- Partner with key internal stakeholders and agency partners to develop and implement innovative strategies and promotional elements that drive sale
- Evaluate the performance of executed activities and campaigns to ascertain their effectiveness in meeting brand objectives
- Track performance, identify issues, trends, and opportunities, and continuously improve plans and their execution
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years' experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, and/ or related industries
- 5+ years experience in an Influencer Marketing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and initiative driven to remove obstacles and accomplish goals
- Great relationship-building skills, strong collaborator
- Ability to take direction well and work in a team environment
- Familiarity with Influencer contracts and usage agreements
- Familiarity with social media and/ or influencer campaign reporting tools
- Strong passion for beauty and trends, understanding of haircare and personal care market dynamics
- Knowledge of category (major competitors, target users, industry trends)
- Able to multitask and pivot quickly and adapt easily to strategy or deadline changes
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Hybrid Office: Able to work in the office at least 3 days/week
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or related field)
