Recruiting in Motion is growing and we're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help introduce our recruitment services to businesses across Western Canada.

No recruitment experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres, inside sales, or anyone who enjoys building relationships and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reach out to business owners, managers, and hiring decision-makers
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Introduce companies to Recruiting in Motion's staffing and recruitment solutions
• Qualify prospective clients and schedule meetings
• Build long-term relationships with businesses throughout Western Canada
• Work closely with our recruiting team to help clients fill key positions
• Keep accurate notes and activity in our CRM
• Help grow one of Western Canada's leading recruitment firms

• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, call centres, banking, or business development is an asset
• Recruitment experience is not required
