This is a temporary role however we will consider full-time employment for the right candidate.

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Reports to: Manager Recruitment
Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Location: Surrey – 8232 120th Street, Suite 240

The Role:

The Inside Sales Representative works onsite within our offices. You will be responsible for selling and promoting our staffing services while performing a variety of business development, inside sales, and account management duties. This position requires an energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive "sales hunter mentality" with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Business Development activities consisting of outbound telephone calls to past and prospective customers updating our database and selling our staffing services to new and existing Hiring Managers
• Using our databases you will be cold calling, warm calling, emailing, promoting, telemarketing, and using social media and referrals to generate new leads and develop and strengthen existing client relationships
• Coordinating temporary and permanent staffing orders for our Recruitment Teams
• Generating new business anywhere in Canada with a focus on the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas
• Creating new accounts and generating new contacts with existing clients
• Carrying out Account Management duties with existing clients
• Input Data Entry into our CRM system regularly
• Overseeing special projects and major accounts as directed by the Manager

Qualifications

• University Degree or Post-Secondary Diploma and equivalent B2B sales experience
• Good Proficiency with MS Office and CRM
• Previous inside sales, customer service, solution selling, and intangible sales experience
• 1+ year of B2B inside sales experience (ideally within recruitment and staffing services or any professional services)
• Previous outbound telephone calling experience is mandatory
• Excellent people skills and follow-up skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly outgoing disposition and a strong sense of urgency
• Advanced interpersonal and English communication skills both written and verbal, professional demeanor, strong relationship-building skills, and personal integrity
• Savvy, confident and competitive

We offer successful candidate recruitment industry training, a professional and supportive working environment, newly built offices, and a starting hourly rate depending on experience between $18 and $20 an hour plus vacation pay.

If hired permanently we also offer paid vacation, a personal health and benefits account and a commission structure.
