The Role:

As our Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work out of our Delta office (8035 120th Street, Suite 103), Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Reporting directly to the Manager of Recruitment, you’ll play a key role in promoting our staffing services, driving business development, and managing accounts. We’re looking for someone with a "sales hunter" mentality—energetic, proactive, and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients, updating our database and introducing our staffing services.

• Generate new leads and build strong client relationships through cold calling, warm calling, email outreach, telemarketing, social media, and referrals.

• Coordinate temporary and permanent staffing orders with our recruitment teams.

• Expand business opportunities across Canada, focusing on the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley regions.

• Develop new accounts and establish relationships within client organizations.

• Manage and nurture existing client accounts.

• Regularly input client data into our CRM system.

• Oversee special projects and key accounts as directed by the Manager.

Qualifications:

• A university degree or post-secondary diploma combined with relevant B2B sales experience.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

• At least one year of inside sales or B2B sales experience, ideally within recruitment or professional services.

• Proven experience in outbound sales calls.

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

• Energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.

• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.

• Tech-savvy and results-driven with a competitive edge.
