Recruiting in Motion, a leading recruitment firm specializing in innovative staffing solutions, is seeking a driven and professional Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Delta. This is a temporary position, with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate.

This streamlines the hiring process, making it more efficient and cost-effective for our clients. With over 120 offices across Canada and the United States, including two in the Lower Mainland, we specialize in the recruitment and placement of temporary, contract, and permanent employees across various sectors, including office, industrial, and professional positions.
The Inside Sales Representative will be based at our Delta office, located at 8035 120th Street, Suite 103, with standard work hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Reporting to the Manager Recruitment, this role involves actively promoting our staffing services, engaging in business development, managing accounts, and performing inside sales duties. We are seeking an energetic and proactive individual with a "sales hunter mentality" and exceptional communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting outbound calls to prospective and past clients to update our database and introduce our staffing services to new and existing hiring managers.
* Generating new leads and nurturing client relationships through cold calling, warm calling, email outreach, telemarketing, social media, and referrals.
* Coordinating temporary and permanent staffing orders for our recruitment teams.
* Developing new business opportunities across Canada, with a particular focus on the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas.
* Establishing new accounts and cultivating new contacts within existing client organizations.
* Managing existing client accounts.
* Regularly inputting data into our CRM system.
* Overseeing special projects and key accounts as directed by the Manager.
Qualifications for this role include:
* A university degree or a post-secondary diploma combined with equivalent B2B sales experience.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
* Prior experience in inside sales, customer service and solution selling.
* At least one year of B2B inside sales experience, preferably within recruitment or other professional services.
* Mandatory previous experience with outbound telephone calls.
* Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills.
* An enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and outgoing disposition with a strong sense of urgency.
* Advanced written and verbal English communication skills, professional demeanor, strong relationship-building abilities, and personal integrity.
* A tech savvy, confident, and competitive approach.
We offer comprehensive recruitment industry training, a professional and supportive working environment, and modern office facilities. The starting hourly rate is between $18 and $20, depending on experience, plus vacation pay. Should the role transition to permanent employment, additional benefits will include paid vacation, a personal health and benefits account, and a commission structure.
