The Opportunity:

As a Director of Sales at RIM, you will manage your own sales desk, driving business development and securing new clients across Canada. Your role will include identifying and developing new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and leveraging your book of business to generate placements.

This is an ideal role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a commission-based environment. You will be supported by a team of experienced professionals, and have access to our peer-to-peer network to help you fill job orders and grow your business.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recent experience working in sales and business development within a staffing agency or recruitment firm or another professional services industry environment.

  • Existing book of business and the ability to develop new leads and close sales.

  • Proven success in client relationship management and business development.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients.

  • Alignment with RIM’s core values—strong work ethic, integrity, and a focus on results.

  • Canadian residents only with legal authorization to work in Canada.

Compensation:

As a Director of Sales at Recruiting in Motion, you will earn 100% commission on placements, both direct-hire and temp/contract. There is no base salary—this is a pure commission-based role for established sales professionals with a book of business. The sky’s the limit for top earners!
