Please Note:
This Director of Recruitment position is commission-only, with no base salary. It’s designed for established recruiters who already have a book of business and are ready to take control of their earnings. To qualify, you must have a minimum of 3+ years of recent experience working a 360 desk, including both sales and recruitment duties, within a staffing agency or recruitment firm environment.

The Opportunity:

As a Director of Recruitment at RIM, you will manage a full 360 desk, handling both sales and recruitment duties. You will leverage your existing book of business to generate placements, and your success will be backed by a supportive, high-performance team. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the country, accessing our peer-to-peer network and state-of-the-art tools to fill your job orders quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recent experience working a 360 desk within a staffing agency or recruitment firm.

• Existing book of business and a proven ability to generate leads and fill placements.

• Proven track record of success in recruitment, with strong sales and client relationship management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Alignment with RIM’s core values, including a strong ethical approach to recruitment.

Compensation:
