Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Reports to: Sales Manager
Work Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Location: Delta, BC – 8035 120 St #103, Delta, BC V4C 6P8
Salary: 18 to 20 an hour plus commissions

The Role:

The Inside Sales Representative is an inside role working from within our Delta office. You will be responsible for selling and promoting our staffing services while performing a variety of business development, inside sales, and account management duties. This position requires an energetic, smart, articulate, enthusiastic, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Business Development activities consisting of outbound telephone calls to past and prospective customers, updating our database, and selling our staffing services to new and existing Hiring Managers
• Using our database, you will be cold calling, warm calling, emailing, promoting, telemarketing, and using social media and referrals to generate new leads and develop and strengthen existing client relationships
• Coordinating temporary and permanent staffing orders for our Recruitment Teams
• Generating new business anywhere in Canada with a focus on the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas
• Creating new accounts and generating new contacts with existing clients
• Carrying out Account Management duties with existing clients
• Input Data Entry into our CRM system regularly
• Overseeing special projects and major accounts as directed by the Sales Manager

Qualifications

• University Degree or Post-Secondary Diploma and equivalent B2B sales experience
• Good Proficiency with MS Office and CRM
• Previous inside sales, customer service, solution selling, and or intangible sales experience
• 1+ year of B2B inside sales experience (ideally within recruitment and staffing services or any professional services)
• Previous outbound telephone calling experience is necessary
• Excellent people skills and follow-up skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, outgoing disposition, and a strong sense of urgency
• Advanced interpersonal and English communication skills, both written and verbal, professional demeanor, strong relationship-building skills, and personal integrity
• Savvy, confident, and competitive
