About Our Client

Our client, a manufacturing organization located in Vaughan is hiring a Full Cycle Human Resources Coordinator with payroll responsibilities to join their growing team for a permanent position.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while managing a range of HR functions and supporting our payroll processes.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full-cycle of recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new employees.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, providing HR-related information, and contributing to the resolution of employee issues.

Payroll Administration:

  • Handle basic payroll duties, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll information, and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.

Benefits Administration:

  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, maintenance, and addressing employee inquiries related to benefits.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor regulations and company policies, updating procedures as necessary.

HR Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Recent graduates with an HR program background are encouraged to apply, with no requirement for prior manufacturing experience.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
