Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an integral part of our Human Resources department, you will play a key role in supporting our real estate and property management operations. The ideal candidate will have a CHRP designation and a strong background in HR practices within the real estate or property management industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various positions within the organization.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
  • Conduct training and development sessions on relevant HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, performance reviews, and compliance training.
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations and executive teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • CHRP designation or equivalent certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of HR experience in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Dayforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
