Our client is looking for an experienced B2B marketing leader to oversee a two-pillar organization—Product Marketing and Campaign/Demand Marketing—supporting both marketplace (media/marketplace solutions) and SaaS businesses. In this role, you’ll shape a unified brand strategy while enabling product-specific differentiation, and partner daily with Sales, Product, RevOps, Customer Success, Finance, and Analytics to deliver full-funnel growth from awareness to revenue. The base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000.
Develop annual and quarterly B2B marketing strategies and investment plans aligned to growth targets.
Create unified messaging architecture, brand guardrails, and positioning across the portfolio.
Own the B2B marketing scorecard (pipeline, revenue influence, CAC/LTV, win rates, adoption, retention) with clear KPIs and governance.
Build and maintain buyer personas, JTBD frameworks, and buyer journeys using customer and market insights.
Lead value propositions, positioning, competitive intelligence, battle cards, objection handling, and win/loss analysis.
Drive GTM for major product releases, including narrative development, readiness, pricing/packaging partnership, launch tiering, and adoption plans.
Deliver high-impact sales enablement content and measure its influence on conversion and win rates.
Translate strategy into integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, events, webinars, PR, and web.
Lead Marketing Operations, including Marketo architecture, lifecycle design, lead scoring, segmentation, experimentation, and Salesforce alignment.
Manage B2B communications (sales supports, adoption drips, lifecycle nurtures) and drive thought leadership and PR.
Plan and execute owned and third-party events with clear pipeline attribution and ROI discipline.
Maintain customer and market insight loops to inform GTM, roadmap, and pricing decisions.
Own and allocate the B2B marketing budget; oversee vendor and agency relationships.
Lead weekly and quarterly performance reviews; uphold data standards and dashboard accuracy.
10+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership in SaaS and/or marketplaces, with multi-product portfolio experience.
Proven leadership across both Product Marketing and Demand/Campaign teams with full-funnel accountability.
Deep experience in GTM strategy, competitive positioning, and sales enablement.
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM (Marketo, Salesforce), lifecycle design, and attribution.
Strong operational mindset with budget ownership, vendor management, and change management experience.
