Our client, a large provider of Heating, Electrical, and Home Repair services looking for a permanent full-time HVAC Technician to join their Port Coquitlam team. In this role, you will be performing a variety of standard and complex technical tasks. Salary ranges from $43/hr, wage can go up depending on the experience

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC and Refrigeration equipment such as rooftop units, make-up airs, tube heaters, exhaust fans, line coolers, walk-in coolers/freezers, etc.
• Repairing and installing equipment and systems
• Interacting with customers and our office to help schedule and complete job
• Ensuring your knowledge of HVAC/R equipment is as up to date as possible
• Ensuring the working environment is always kept clean and safe
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications

• A minimum of one-year related experience is required
• HVAC industry knowledge is a must
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Multi-tasking and multi-priority management skills
• Superior customer service skills and a definite self-starter
