We have an immediate need for an HR Business Partner who can support the Director of HR across the spectrum of the HR portfolio. The organization has tremendous pride in building an amazing employee experience and we are looking for a partner who wants to be part of that journey. By creating strong HR programs for DEI, compensation & total rewards, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, we are looking for a proven HRBP who can build and nurture relationships across corporate functions. You will have your pulse on the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding and the retention strategies in between. You will play a crucial role in understanding workforce requirements, and assist with recruiting strategies and interview processes. Working within a team environment, you will help prepare offer letters, HR internal communications, and training & development content. Working with the Director, of HR, you will help drive the annual performance & compensation processes and collaborate with the finance team regarding HR budgets. Your HRIS experience will be leveraged to help produce and analyze data and provide leadership with accurate reporting.
The ideal candidate will be a proven team player and thrive in a dynamic and changing environment. You will be passionate about building a strong corporate culture and see yourself as a partner to leaders across the organization to help solve their HR challenges. You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the details while maintaining a high-level view of the business. Your oral & written communication skills will be top-notch, and you are trusted with confidential information and discretion. We are looking for someone who sees their role in HR to be present on-site in a hybrid role and foster collaboration between groups. You will have a degree or diploma in business or human resources and a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience throughout your HR career. The HRBP will be able to work through large volumes of data and simplify processes, and you will have experience working with budgets. A strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and knowledge of social media platforms and HRIS systems is a must. Experience in union and non-union would be an asset.
